Horrible customer service. Regardless of what the tracking said this package was never delivered to my address - I have checked my mailbox, the cameras in & outside of my house. NO SIGN WAS EVER DELIVERED. It was never delivered to my house & never neither to my neighbors. The audacity of this business offering me a discount to purchase another sign due WHEN I NEVER RECEIVED THE SIGN is ridiculous. I NEVER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE & you just passing the buck is BS - saying I was out of town is absolute BS as well. I’ve been with Etsy as a seller & a buyer for 15+ years & I’ve had 2 bad experiences & you are definitely one of them. This was a sign I’d proudly display in my neighborhood. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
